She has experience in creating and running New Employee Orientation, specialized Clinical Programs, Leadership Development, and Mentorship Programs in Behavioral Health and Corporate L&D settings.

Jessie is a certified Training Facilitator from the Association of Talent Development (ATD). Her educational background includes a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Arizona State University. She has achieved and maintains a Licensed Associate Counselor credential from the state of Arizona.
